Guard Response is an optional subscription service for compatible Pyronix systems, accessed through HomeControl2.0. It provides a way to request professional attendance when you cannot check the property yourself.
An active system subscription includes two guard call-outs per year, with additional call-outs available subject to the service terms. You can view attendance information and reports in the app.
