AJAX EN54 WIRELESS
Less cabling.
Less disruption.
A practical option for suitable occupied buildings and refurbishment projects. Ajax EN54 brings together a dedicated fire panel, wireless detectors, manual call points and alarm devices.
We assess your building and carry out a radio survey before recommending the equipment and coverage.
01 • Less disruption
Fewer device cable routes can reduce drilling, containment and disturbance to your premises.
02 • Clear device information
Addressable devices help identify the source of an alarm or fault for investigation.
03 • Flexible coverage
Compatible equipment can be added as needs change, following design review and radio testing.
Designed around your building
Wireless suitability depends on the building layout, radio conditions and required alarm coverage. Devices still need regular testing, servicing and battery replacement; the panel needs a suitable power supply.
We agree the specification and complete the installation and commissioning for your premises. EN54 product certification alone does not establish compliance of the complete installation.
Fire alarm installation & commissioning
From conventional and addressable systems to wireless installations, we explain the options and help you choose equipment suited to your building.
The proposed design considers the available fire risk assessment, project requirements and any relevant insurer requirements. Commercial projects are specified with reference to BS 5839-1:2025, and domestic systems to applicable BS 5839-6 recommendations.
Where specified, works can include visual alarm devices, building-system interfaces and remote monitoring.
